Alana has 20 years experience in hairdressing.
Orginally from Kent in south East England is were she started her training, and going to London for cutting, colouring and hair up courses at academy’s such as Saks, Toni & Guy, Wella, Goldwell.
This has given Alana a great amount of knowledge to be creative within her hairdressing. She really enjoys working in a team, and giving her clients an amazing hair style to send them out looking and feeling a million dollars.

Raychel Farren

Founder and Director of Farren & Flitton

An Award Winning hairdresser with over 14 years experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Raychel has a love and passion for all things hair, pursing the best training possible and keeping up to date with the latest trends and styles.

Raychel especially enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning when they sit down in her chair. Taking care of her clients from the minute they walk into the salon, and ensuring they leave the salon feeling fabulous and flawless.

When Raychel isn’t working her magic in the salon she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her cockapoo.

Amie Glastonbury

Amie joined Farren & Flitton Hair in 2019 with 10 years of salon experience. Starting out as an apprentice hairdresser at 17 she has always worked within a salon.

Amie specialises in technical colouring such as Balayage, Root melts/ Root fades and babylights, to create more natural looking colours.

Along with full head foils or just a root touch up Amie is a perfectionist and finds a lot of pleasure in ensuring that her clients service from start to finish is personal and professional.

Amie is always up to date with the current and up coming trends. She is keen to learn new techniques not only in colouring but cutting and styling too. If it’s just a trim or a complete restyle Amie is very thorough, and will always ensure that her clients expectations are made, so they can leave the salon happy and confident not only in themselves but confident in there hairdressers hands.

Gema Brain

Gema loves being part of the Farren & Flitton team.
She started hairdressing in Leamington Spa at the age of 16 before working as a stylist for Toni & Guy, where she worked her way up to manager and art director specialising in cutting hair only.
After 16 years she decided to become her own boss and in April 2016 became self employed. Having worked hard over the years to create a large client base, the relationship and care towards her clients is so important, knowing their hair inside out, and creating styles they can style at home every day to achieve the ‘ just stepped out a salon’ feeling not just when they are in the salon.
Making clients feel good about themselves is the best part of her job.
